Unifloral honey or almost totally composed of white clover flower nectar; flowering that we can find between April and June in environments such as woods, pastures or country paths of which our territory is rich. Honey characterized by a light color in this case amber from viper's blue weed nectar which completes the "recipe". Honey with a delicate, slightly fruity flavour.
